Paso1: sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
Paso 2: sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
Pegamos lo siguiente al final del archivo de texto:
## Medibuntu - Ubuntu 8.04 "hardy"
## Please report any bug on https://bugs.launchpad.net/medibuntu/
deb http://packages.medibuntu.org/ hardy free non-free
Guardamos y cerramos.
Paso 3: wget -q http://packages.medibuntu.org/medibuntu-key.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add
Paso 4: sudo apt-get update
Paso 5: sudo apt-get install libdvdcss2
Con esto ya pueden ver DVD's
